Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 40%, Carménère 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: fermentation in concrete vats and maceration on the skins for a long period with repeated daily punching. The wine is aged 18 months in big Slavonian oak casks for the 80% and in barrique for the 20%, then 6 months in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
