Produced in Umbria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Trebbiano Toscano 65%, Malvasie 25%, Grechetto 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Baratto vineyard planted in 1975 at 200-300 meters above sea level on steep and partly terraced soils composed of sandy and clayey, with ancient marine and lake sediments. Vinification: pressing whole cluster in the vertical press, slow fermentation with indigenous yeast for 2-3 weeks. The wine is aged 6-7 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine true to Umbria's centuries-old winemaking heritage.
Umbria, at the green heart of Italy, produces elegant wines from a centuries-old tradition.
