Crafted from Trebbiano Spoletino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on clay soils at 500 meters above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 10 days of maceration on the skins. The wine is aged a few months in steel. A wine showing the elegant, structured style typical of Umbrian reds.
