This exceptional Valpolicella Ripasso DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 55%, Rondinella 40%, Molinara 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 220 and 430 meters above sea level, in a calcareous soil. Vinification: drying of grapes in plateaux for 25-20 days, soft pressing, fermentation in oak casks with indigenous yeasts and second fermentation on the skins of Amarone.
