A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella Ripasso DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 30%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 30%, Rossignola 10%, Oseleta, Negrara, Dindarella, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils rich in clay and limestone, on vines over 20 years of age. Vinification: maceration of 15 days, then fermentation of pomace of Amarone and Recioto for 8-10 days. The wine is aged 18-24 months in oak casks, then at least 6 months in bottle. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
From Lake Garda to the Dolomites, Veneto's varied geography offers microclimates suited to many different styles.
