This Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Corvina 70%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards breeding on variable, clay-loamy, moderately calcareous and skeleton-rich soils. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at controlled temperature, repassing on the marcs of Amarone with contact for 15 days at a temperature of 15 °C with daily punching down. The wine is aged a few months in wood. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
