It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the hamlet of Prognol on terraces located at 200-250 meters above sea level with silt-clayey soils, with calcareous matrix. Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature with 10 days maceration on the skins. Ripassoon the Amarone marc for 15 days, complete malolactic fermentation in wood.
