This exceptional Valpolicella Ripasso DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina Veronese 65%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years, doppia pergola system growing, on limestone soils, yield averages 85 hl/ha, hand picking. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, second fermentation in February on Recioto and Amarone grapes marcs. The wine is aged 18 moths in barriques.
