A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella Ripasso DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina 50%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards veronese pergola-based vines on clay with white limestone structures. Vinification: first fermentation for 15 days at controlled temperature and second fermentation at the end of January on the pomace of Amarone. The wine is aged in barriques of first and second use for 12 months and additional 10 months in 15-hectolitre barrels. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
Veneto masterfully balances tradition and innovation, producing everything from powerful Amarone to crisp Soave.
