A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella Ripasso DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Corvina 55%, Rondinella 40%, Molinara 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 220 and 430 meters above sea level, in a calcareous soil. Vinification: drying of grapes in plateaux for 25-20 days, soft pressing, fermentation in oak casks with indigenous yeasts and second fermentation on the skins of Amarone. The wine is aged 30 months in tonneau. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
Veneto masterfully balances tradition and innovation, producing everything from powerful Amarone to crisp Soave.
