This Valpolicella Ripasso DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corvina 70%, Rondinella 30%, Corvinone 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of average age 20 years in cru San Lorenzo, on a calcareous and quite slimy soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 9 days and second fermentation on the Amarone pomace for 12-13 days according to the Ripasso technique. The wine is aged 15 months in big Slavonian oak barrels and at least 6 in bottle. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
Veneto winemakers are known for technical precision, creating both approachable and age-worthy wines.
