This Valpolicella Ripasso DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina 70%, Rondinella 20%, Corvinone 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to pergola veronese systems. Vinification: the wine is put in contatct with Amarone's pomace which activate a second fermentation that lasts some days and that gives structure and rich aromas to wine.
