A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella Ripasso DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corvina 70%, Rondinella 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines cultivated according ot the Pergola system in a hilly calcareous soil. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, first fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation on the dried skins of Amarone or Recioto, according to the Ripasso method. The wine is aged 11 months in Slavonian oak barrels. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
