This Valpolicella Ripasso DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 40%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 20%, Croatina and Oseleta 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards planted on calcareous soils with south-east facing position, about 200 m above sea level. Vinification: re-fermentation on the Recioto marc for 10 years. The wine is aged 3 months in oak barrels and 10 in bottle. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
