A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella Ripasso DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Corvina 75%, Rondinella 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines with Guyot method rooted on poor and rocky soils, certified organic vineyards. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with subsequent maceration with the Amarone's skins for 15 days. The wine is aged 12 months in used tonneaux and a little passage in barrique. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
Veneto masterfully balances tradition and innovation, producing everything from powerful Amarone to crisp Soave.
