This exceptional Valpolicella Ripasso DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. With 15.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 35%, Rondinella 30%, Corvinone 25% and other grapes 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. Vinification: first fermentation in steel tanks for 10 days and second fermentation with the Amarone pomace for 7 days, according to the Ripasso method. The wine is aged 30 months in big oak barrels.
