Crafted from Corvina Grossa 50%, Corvina 30%, Rondinella 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards of Campi Magri, Prà Alto, Retratto and Monte Tombole, at an altitude of 200-350 m. asl., with exposure to the South, South-West, on soils of medium consistency. Vinification: fermentation with the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts and refresher on the skins of Amarone for 6 days. The wine is aged 24 months in barrels of cherry. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
