This exceptional Valpolicella Ripasso DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina 40%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 20% e altri vitigni 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines cultivated according to pergola veronese and guyot systems. Vinification: valpolicella wine is put in contatct with Amarone pomace which, thanks to sugars still present, makes a second fermentation that lasts five days and that gives structure and rich aromas to wine. The wine is aged 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
