Crafted from Corvina, Crovinone, Rondinella, Oseleta , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation and re-fermentation according to the method of the "ripasso" on the pomace of the Amarone, 5 days of maceration. The wine is aged 12 months in Allier oak tonneaux. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
