This Valpolicella Ripasso DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina and Corvinone 80%, Rondinella 10%, Barbera 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. Vinification: drying for the 15% of the grapes, fermentation in steel tanks with maceration for 12-15 days and ripasso on the Amarone lees for the 65% of the wine, with malolactic fermentation.
