Crafted from Verdello 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a clayey soil at 300 metres above sea level. Biodinamic ferming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in barriques. The wine is aged 60 days in terracotta jars. A wine showing the elegant, structured style typical of Umbrian reds.
