This exceptional Trentino DOC showcases the authentic character of Trentino. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in Vallagarina, to the right and left of the Adige river in the hilly areas between Rovereto and Avio. Vinification: manual harvesting of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged several months in French oak barriques and small Slavonian oak barrels.
