This Trentino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hilly terrain on the slopes of Monte Baldo at about 400 meters a.s.l. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with contact with the skins for about 10 days. The wine is aged 20 months in french oak barriques and another 10 moths in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
