This exceptional Valpolicella Ripasso DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina e Corvinone 65%, Rondinella 30%, Croatina 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: first fermentation in October followed by a second fermentation in March on the sweet Recioto pomace.
