This Valpolicella Ripasso DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina e Corvinone 70%, Rondinella 20%, Croatina e Oseleta 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines that are 20 years old, rooted 300 m above sea level on a silty and calcareous soil. Vinification: refermentation of the vinified young Valpolicella in October on the pomace of Amarone. The wine is aged 15-16 months in 500-litre tonneaux, 30% of which are new and 70% one-wine barrels. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
